When Diana Ramirez Jasso was preparing to open Yoyo's Botaneria Mexicanas’ first brick-and-mortar location in Hayward, the project was at a critical stage. The exterior tenant improvement permit was nearing completion, while the interior improvements still required architectural support and permitting.
Plenum Architecture joined the project team to help keep the business moving toward opening day. We coordinated exterior paint colors to reflect Yoyo's vibrant brand identity and secured the necessary approvals while expediting the interior tenant improvement permit.
