Through a competitive process, Plenum was selected by the City of Oakland to administer their Facade and Tenant Improvement Program.

YoYo’s Botaneria Mexicana

Commercial Tenant Improvement

Plenum joined the YoYo’s Botaneria Mexicano team midstream opening their vibrant new eatery at its first physical location in Hayward. We stepped in just as the exterior permit was being finalized and the client needed a new architect to take over interior permitting.

Understanding the time-sensitive nature of a first grand opening, Plenum quickly confirmed and permitted the exterior color scheme to reflect YoYo’s brand, while expediting the interior permit process to meet Opening Day. The result: a fast-tracked transformation from paperwork to place.
