our approach…

Whether minor, major or involving historical preservation, Plenum’s approach is unchanged; we balance the goals of clients, property managers & developers while providing inspiring environments for end users.

How do we do this?

  1. Comprehensive project planning minimizes risk throughout the project and construction timeline.

  2. Plenum offers HERS-based building energy audits that become a basis from which we assess and guide clients in making appropriate building systems upgrades.

  3. We have a strong understanding and experience of working with quality building materials that both don’t break the budget and address long-term maintenance & sustainability concerns.

Pinch-hitting for a Software Architect

Completion: Under Construction Client: Anonymous Residential Remodel Budget: $400,000

When a friend from our business network reached out on behalf of her partner, a Software Architect, we were immediately on high alert - LOL

Our soon to be client played what we call in Classical Reality, “Architect”, and was proceeding without obtaining any permits. (Admittedly they had the project engineered).

“The team was the penultimate in professionalism...thorough, attentive, and committed to excellence… …review with our local building department was approved in the very first round. Thanks to their dedication, we now have our permit in hand and are deeply grateful for the skill and diligence they brought to the process. Without hesitation, we would choose Plenum again for future projects.”

Anyone’s nightmare

Completion: Under Construction Client: Anonymous Interior Residential Remodel Budget: $130,000

A fire that effected two apartments that lead to a hole in the roof that allowed for flooding that further effected an apartment downstairs…

…for our client, that was understandably a nightmare scenario.

“Bridget B. did my brother’s project perfectly and efficiently. The previous architect took 2 years and the permitting status was still open. Bridget B. redesigned the project and got the permit approved within a very short period. I recommend Plenum Architecture strongly.”
