Multifamily and Senior Housing along Oakland’s Waterfront

As the first affordable housing within this 64-acre mixed-use development, the project sets a precedent for inclusive urban design.

LEED Gold certified, the buildings feature light-filled interiors with vibrant color palettes and multimedia art installations created in collaboration with local students and regional artists.

On-site MidPen Services provides financial education, workforce development, health and wellness programs, and ESL classes—creating more than just housing, but a foundation for community resilience and connection.

Bridget B. led quality control and project management for this $100M development, with a key role in design decisions for common areas—ensuring these shared spaces foster genuine community connection and accessibility.
